April is packing lunches every day for her daughter (9yo), her son (5yo), and, sometimes, for her husband and herself!

What is your secret to feeding up to 4 people a day?

I always have fresh fruits and veggies on hand, along with bread and my kid’s favorite snacks. I also try to make homemade food ahead on the weekends so it’s ready to be packed in the lunchbox. Leftovers are always great too.

What is you best lunchbox hack to improve the packing experience?

1- Pack fruits and veggies the night before if you can. Sandwiches are better freshly made in the morning, especially if you have picky eaters.

2- Use accessories. Sandwich cutters and veggie/fruit cutters make it fun. Food picks make it extra fun when I remember to use them.
