Ingredients for the spinach crêpe:
- 120ml fresh milk
- 100 ml spinach juice (about 250g of spinach in a food juicer)
- 150g all-purpose flour
- 1 medium-sized egg
- pinch of salt and sugar
- 15 g olive oil
