Week of Taste

Blog post originally published on November 2015

Last month, I volunteered at an event that occurred at the school where my kids go. It’s a mini market, put in place one day during the year, for celebrating the “Week of Taste”.

This event encourages the kids to discover new flavors (samples of cheeses for instance), new food (like Risoles Ayam, yummy Indonesian rissoles, which are some filled crepes), and even new traditions (a Japanese mom kindly volunteered to make a ceremony of the tea… beautiful!).

Here some souvenirs I share with you.

Do the schools where your kids go have events like this? I would love to know!
