Corn Fritters Made Easy

Waffles are popular in the kids’ lunch boxes by judging at all the shapes and combinations of waffles we can see on Teuko.com. Vivienne, a.k.a @bentivivlov, makes cute heart waffles out of corn fritters that are perfect for the lunchbox or any snack on the go. She accepted to share her easy recipe with us . We are very proud to add this to our collection of How-To’s that make packing a healthy lunch so much easier and more fun!

Ingredients for the corn fritters batter.

1 can cream sweet corn
1.5 cup of flour
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded ham or turkey

The recipe in 3 simple steps.

  • Mix all the ingredients
  • Grease your pan with butter
  • Drop a spoonful corn fritter batter and cook for 1 or 2 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown.
